RBL 2nd credit card ( PLAY) Approved But Not dispatched yet

Hi Recently I applied for RBL Bank Book MyShow Play Credit Card, VKyc also approved by RBL Bank & I already hold a RBL Bank credit card but my Play Credit Card not Generated yet & not received as usual... please help me with....

My approval message received on 8th January & today 18th January

 

from when RBL giving 2 cards? They rejected my application saying you're already have a card from RBL

 

yes mine too rejected. they will close d old card after he gets new.

 

I am having 2 cards from RBL since past 4 years: one core & other co-branded with Bajaj 🙂

Also what's the benefit of having Play card now? I dont find any benefit as such left with this card?

 

I am having 3 Rbl cards Platinum plus supercard, BMS Play and Shoprite

 

I applied for RBL Play on March 12, 2025 but still "Processing". But it's my 4th card I am trying to get after 3 LTF - SaveMax Visa, Duet Mastercard and ShopRite RuPay

 

I have 4 cards from RBL. World safari, Shoprite, Paisabazar & Patanjali. There's nothing like 1 card policy with them.

Shoprite & Paisabazar are LTF. World safari they reverse fee every year after requesting. Patanjali card is FYF. Will close it before renewal. All cards are useless anyways😂

How much do you spend on World Safari? Any specific reason you use to request fee reversal? I got it FYF recently, but definitely won't be using it much.

Finally I've closed it this year. There were literally zero spends so there's no use in requesting for fee reversal every year.

 

If I do get WORLD SAFARI card and do good spends, does RBL indeed do fee reversal every year on request? I am concerned about being stuck with irreversible fees since this card is poorly designed to not have a waiver condition despite big spends
