Kiwi Yes Bank Credit Card Q&A - Discussion

Hello everyone,

I talked to kiwi customer support regarding their reward policy https://www.gokiwi.in/rewards-policy-v2/

and even did some trxns myself and some my friend did and I found much information on the credit card. Feel free to ask your questions too but from what I know I'll write here

My limit is 3L so I can get only 1% rewards. Now many confusion here, is this 1% in INR (Cashback claim) or Kiwi's? So my frnd confirmed this and also I confirmed from customer care too. These are in Indian rupees. So basically if your limit is 3L then you can get 12,000 kiwis per month max from your rupay card scan payments. 12k kiwis means 3k rs. (0.25 inr per kiwi or 1rs per 4 kiwis).

Now, I want to know from cc, are milestone benefits (3%/4%/5%) included in the per month 1% limit?? He said No. It is excluded. So let's say u did 1.5L trxn in a month. That means you will get 12k pts i.e 3k rs. Now as the 1.5L means you reached your 5% milestone, so you will get additional 3% next month. This 3% is extra benefit and it is not included in the month that you did the trxn on neither it is included in the month when you received the extra 3% (2% already given instantly and 3% later when milestone reach) benefit.

Additionally I asked CC, what does the term "month" constitutes?? is it like 1st to 30th or is it billing cycle?? He said it is monthly not billing statement cycle.

Also I asked CC, when we did normal upi trxns on kiwi app like bank to bank and sometimes we get kiwis on that too, are those included in that 1% limit per CL???? He asked seniors and then said No, that is excluded too. Means you get that extra benefit and he said anyways normal upi trxn from bank to bank "rarely" get benefit so it is excluded.

I asked him tons of other questions too, which he answered. The only downside of this card is we get 2% after milestone lapses. Also neon membership will prolly cost 1k next yr.

I closed my Yes Bank card , and it’s been 31 days. When will the option to reapply become available? When I installed kiwi app. And applied for the card , my application was rejected with the reason that I already had Yes Bank cards.Then I closed my Yes Bank cards, and it’s been 31 days today, but the option to reapply still isn’t showing.

"Whenever I tried to set up the MPIN, it took me to select the bank that issued the Kiwi credit card. When I tapped on YES BANK again, it showed an error: 'No bank account linked with this bank. Restart UPI Activation."

"So, I tried to log back in from my brother's mobile number, but now it's showing: 'USER ACCOUNT DELETED.'

What should I do now? I have already raised a ticket on the Kiwi app."

They said to wait 10 bank working days after raising ticket.
 
I already have a Yes Bank Core credit card. If I apply for the Kiwi Yes Bank credit card, will I get it? If not, will closing my Core card and then applying for the Kiwi card work?
Not sure but you should wait 6+ months after closing and if you want this try with alternative mobile number after 6 months High chance to get and Changing mobile is very difficult task in kiwi and so first change in your yes bank and after cibil update then close with alternative number itself, later after 6 months try to apply with your primary number then you are good to go. It's long process to get.
 
So new update.

I did a trxn for Jio postpaid at SBI Unipay via Kiwi scan QR. It recognized the trxn under "Govt spends" so no cashback/kiwis, but that's not the update.

Thing is, Unipay didn't credit the money so I raised a complaint through the trxn directly at the kiwi app that I didn't got the services from the merchant. I waited for like 30-40 mins but still Jio wasn't credited. But after 2 hours Jio got credited via sbi unipay.

After 3 days I get a text from yesbank that a "dispute/chargeback" has been raised. Isn't this great? Like just complain via the app to raise chargeback? Wow, I haven't gone through this smooth process of dispute ever, even with national banks. Anyways I called yesbank and told them to cancel dispute as I have finally received the services, the CS guy was clueless ofcourse and told me to send an email, I told him I won't go through that pain and I hung up.
If you not received service then rais RBI complaint against Jio amount debited but service not received
 
I had a query..my credit limit is 73000 , and I spend around 6k this month...I have achieved 25k spends till now according to neon..I have 1 lac spends this month only...I know there is a capping of 1% for rewards..but will I get bonus milestone for those spend...and it will be 2% + 1% or just 1% bonus as I will exaust my 1% limit...pls answer..

Most probably you get upto monthly cap limit rewards and milestone bonus once you achieved over above i.e you reward cut off at monthly limit after that you loose your over spending whatever applicable and you are eligible get you milestone bonus only it's not dependent on your monthly limit limit cap and as they didn't mention in their t&c. you can check on it.

Got it ...so I will receive 3% or 4% depending on my spends as per milestone but next billing cycle? Am I correct?

Also..one small query...can we load some money in credit card account more than current limit..if yes should I do it through kiwi or iris app..what do u suggest?

yes you can load but kya karoge extra load karke cashback toh limit ka 1% hi millega toh koi fayda nahi. aise koi purchase bhi nahi kar sakte single transaction mai like limit is 70k you added 10k extra for purchase of 80k but it didnot work. you can purchase highest 70k in one single transaction. or na hi emi kar sakte hai

Refer t&c for milestone credit timeline usually next billing cycle because of if any refund/reverse so and for second after BBPS introduce credit card not accept more than billing and you can do small amount extra while making payment and big amount not accept it will decline. This is standard for most of cc after BBPS.

hello all. aakhir kar mai case jeet gaya kiwi ne membership vapas kar di hai. maine ye last month purchase kari thi sath unhe mail bhi kiya tha ki mujhe apply karke time free ka banner show hua tha or aab tum card milne k baad paid subscription de rahe ho ab lagbhab 45 din baad mera refund aa gaya hai
