I wanted to know if there is any limit on adding money to the Amazon pay wallet (not gift cards) via Amazon pay ICICI credit card?
If there is any limit, what is that limit?
What is the limit on withdrawing the Amazon pay wallet balance to a bank account (by entering bank account details) or sending money via UPI?

What is the duration for the limit? (Example: ₹1,00,000 per month)
(For both, adding money to the Amazon pay wallet as well as withdrawing to a bank account)

Is it dependent on person to person ? Because I have also read that people have up to ₹1 lakh limit.

You must transfer 1L then add more 1L but not forget wallet load through credit card attract extra charge, even bank also imposed extra 1% + GST if you exceed wallet load amount capped by bank(usually range of wallet load 5K - 50K Check it with your card issuer bank).
