next steps to follow:
1) raise complaint to pno of stanchart.
2) let them reply. most probably they will deny ltf or reverse the fee as a ONE TIME measure. but this is not acceptable, as we were promised ltf.
3) after their reply comes, escalate to rbi via ombudsman portal.
4) if they don't listen to rbi, close the card after clearing dues (or continue if you still find it worth 300 rupees and wanted a stanC card in your wallet).
