What if we initiate our spending for accelerated rewards/TravelEdge between 1.5-2L? Thats 5x of 60ER/200(travel edge) and 2-5x of 35ER/200(Grabdeal/GYFTR). But given that 60ER(is 5x of 12ER) they may potentially stop the accelerated rewards on travel edge and...

Somebody posted a great post on the main thread about devaluation. It resonates perfectly. Basically axis is rn a headless rubber chicken who has bit more then it can chew with Citi hni and premium customers

As long as i know u need min limit of 5L for dcb upgrade and 8L for infinia upgrade

@Dr-green69 I think it is 10L for Infinia now. They stopped the 8L criteria after Infinia Metal was launched.

@CARDBITRAGE oh i didnt knew that when i last talked to my RM regarding infinia he told me its 8L for upgrade and 10L FD for secure and 15L for c2c

The Alumni program is an easy method.

Your brother can also send the upgrade form and request customer care for an upgrade.
For you, they do need a 5 lakh limit normally for an upgrade. You can also contact customer care and try. They might budge.

Infinia will need a floor limit of 8 lakhs on an existing HDFC card and a good amount of spending, 5-8 lakhs in the last 6 months for them to consider.

He has finally revealed everything! But I would say, we already knew all such stuff.
It might be a loophole for general public but not for us, I believe!
Now we will see people getting excited...

What is HDFC loophole? Few days back I redeemed 20k DCB points to accor. If I had know I got have got more rewards. Still good to know as I am planning to redeem around 5k points so if you can help on that loophole.

@kkk IYKYK that's what they say. Guess we will know when it is patched 🤦.

Following is the trend nowadays:
1. Exploit the bank through loopholes.
2. If devaluation happens, organise twitter spaces to discuss the same.
3. When the bank starts patching them and asks for money in return, close everything.
4. Live on the mercy of the bank for a credit card in future (data never dies).

Axis most probably is aware of every loophole and trick people use to extract points/miles/cashback. It's just a matter of time they close all the floodgates.

Dada is a pro in credit card game and we all have learnt a lot from this community. But the whole Axis saga didn't go so well here. A lesson for everyone indeed.

OK let me point out 1 lesser known loophole of Flipkart axis card.

If the merchant name was "Qwikcilver" you use to get 5% instead of 1.5%. Exploited Wohoo, Paytm for over a year but this got patched in april when they come with restrictions on axis cards

My suggestion would be to scrutinize membership application. Rank and Trophy should suffice but we need to also review some of their post history. This will give us some sense into their user.
