I have just deleted 1,576 members who had not verified their email IDs and 387 members whose registrations were rejected because their previous user IDs were banned for violating TFC guidelines.

Recently, after reaching the 4L milestone on my Amex Platinum Travel Credit Card, I called Amex customer care to request my bonus points.

As you may know, upon reaching the 4L spend milestone on the Platinum Travel Card, you automatically earn 7,500 MR Points after 1.9L in spending and 10,000 MR Points for reaching 4L. However, to receive the additional 7,500 (for 1.9L) and 15,000 (for 4L) bonus MR Points, you need to contact Amex via chat or call.
