I closed my Tata Neu Infinity due to these reasons -
Recently introduced fixed expiry of NeuCoins
HDFC's refusal of LTF conversion
Living in a small town, my only usage of the card was at Tanishq, and there was a constant worry about coin devaulation / fixed expiry - the latter came true. I...
The approach you have suggested looks good. I had overlooked Regalia Gold earlier - do you think that would make sense for my use case? I would not be eligible for Infinia / ICICI EPM.
I have the following credit cards now with all being LTF -
ICICI Amazon Pay
ICICI Sapphiro Dual - MC / Amex
HDFC Millennia
IDFC First Wealth
Yes Klick from Kiwi
SBI SimplyClick
Axis Flipkart
Axis Neo Rupay
Had a FYF HDFC Tata Neu Infinity but it is undergoing closure process at the moment...
I was chatting with their X support and this is how the conversation is progressing! Replied stating their message contradicts what they said initially.
I am in the same boat. However, I see the option to purchase it at a price - ₹999 + 18% GST and not for free like many have got until 15 April at least.
Mine got rejected, stating I either don't meet the income / CIBIL criteria. My accounts have always been in good standing and even Kotak shows a pre-approved personal loan of 6L and home loan of 1.8 crores.
Looks like their backend is still broken. Even after 24 hours, my application is untraceable on https://www.kotak.com/en/transaction-services/track-application.html. Tried application form number, mobile number/DOB etc. Neither did I receive the application form PDF as mentioned in the SMS.
I applied for a League Platinum for zero fees. An application number got generated but it cannot be used to track the status. Neither can I track the application with mobile number / DOB. The SMS promised an update in two days - have to see how it goes.
Unfortunately, nothing. SBI Card kind of accepted the issue but there was no compensation since the issue was notified to them after 60 days or so when they expect it to be done in 30 days or lesser of statement generation. My friend being a busy guy did not follow up later.
