@Anupama_Jha I asked 1k + 1 lac (max compensation). 1k was the amount that I held in my account.
@JSK111 About a month ago, I held a mini social media campaign against NSDLPB. Gave them 1-star in Google Play Store. Asked everyone to complain in RBIO, etc. They were forced to contact me via DM in X.
Noticed this only today after an SMS & email from RBIO as compensation by NSDLPB for the delay to do video KYC.
Thanks to RBIO King (@sjmajumder) and others who shared their compensation stories!

There are two parts of my profile posts. 1. Appreciation post for slice for providing the ability to skip IFSC code (we still need to choose the bank) 2. (as can be seen in the first comment) about the ability for banks for accepting payments even if a wrong branch is chosen as IFSC.
@JSK111...
I closed my FYF Axis Airtel CC within 10 months (before renewal fee is applied). Hardly had an impact. Still, hovering over 790+ (with 5 CCs and no other loans). All 5 CCs were procured in the past 18 months. I've been using CCs for over a decade, though. Those old CCs are closed now. YMMV, though.
Good point @RishiKiDev . As per recent RBI guideline, Slice still fetches the "name of the account holder" before adding the beneficiary. So, there is still some safety in it (with name verification).
I'll probably compile a list of banks supporting common IFSC code. These days, even if we use a wrong branch code (IFSC), some banks settle correctly, though.
With Slice SB account, adding a beneficiary requires just the account number for some banks such as Axis, HDFC, ICICI, SBI, BoB, Canara. They do this by adding a common IFSC code, instead of asking branch-specific IFSC code. Nice!

Does anyone have a better name than RML (apart from what's already mentioned above)?
Currently, most feedback are buried under a (long) thread or a profile post. Or some feedback are discussed among the mods, thus hidden from normal members. As a community forum, I feel that everyone would like to be given a chance to be involved on most discussions. So, let's hear from the...
@Ak Singh Great question. That's yet to be seen. Twice I have lowered the limits. Once, I brought it back up within a month of reflecting in CIBIL. Currently, it is on-going. I am likely to keep this lower limit for a foreseeable future (at least until Diwali holiday sale when I am planning a...
Didn't you already ask for (maximum) compensation when you complained?
OTP authentication may be required to avail the loan (but may not be required for some offline loans such as gold loan).
KYC may not require OTP (for example in case of offline verification). A few weeks ago, Bajaj Fin...
ICICI CC credit limit can be lowered as per our wish. Currently, it takes less than 60 days for this change to reflect in CIBIL. Used to take upto 90 days. A fellow member also confirmed this a couple of days ago. Ref: https://www.technofino.in/community/threads/38732/
We can lower the limit...
