HP Pay recently got improvement in UI. Still, uploading QR from phone's gallery isn't possible for the purpose of fuel payment. Can you guys submit feedback on play/app store to allow user to upload QR from phone's gallary? I think they would fast the process.

For people with cards like Infinia, fastag is still more profitable, right? Also, redeeming happy coins into HP PAY voucher as well as HP PAY WALLET doesn't have any effect on reward rate, right?

People having IDFC FASTag, are you able to do fastag fuel payment via HP PAY?

Yes. 2 transactions per day, even if the transactions are of 50.

Because we get more discount on Amazon Pay voucher and not many people hold cards which can give rp on wallet load.

When you login to your fastag portal, do check KYV page whether is says Approved or APPROVED for your RC.

What about your fuel enablement request?

They declined my Fuel Enablement request stating that my RC hasn't been verified even though it was verified at the time of getting the Fastag and is still showing as Approved. I have again uploaded my RC images .

They again declined the request saying that my RC isn't uploaded in KYV even though it was uploaded at the time of buying and it still shows 'Approved' on the portal. But newly uploaded documents says 'APPROVED'. So, everyone upload your RC again if it says 'Approved' .

You can complaint for this on CPGRAM portal and they will enable fuel payments without toll transaction.

My KYV also got approved and luckily, I have 2 toll transactions in last 60 days (else you will have to provide reason). I have again requested to enable fuel transaction, and I expect it to be approved this time.

No brother. I am also stuck with pending status.

Mine is also in pending approval state.
