hp pay app load wallet via credit card which card is having zero charges kindly share your experience about the rewards/CB for this transactions.

FYI my holding cards are SC Manhattan, HDFC Regalia, IndusInd Legend and ICICI Apay as well as LTF Coral.

Recently, ICICI has disable fuel transactions on their fastags. DYOR before loading bulk amt in ICICI tags

You need to login to ICICI etoll website using your fastag customer ID and password. It will show up fuel enabled yes or no in one of the tag detail menu options

Been trying continuously from fri but no-one joins.
Fri was some holiday?
Also do vkyc agents don't work on weekends, is that so?

I finally got connected and the agent told that we need to have 1 toll transaction in the last 45 days (60*days in website) and completed KYV for enabling fuel. When asked why my KYV has still not been approved she said i have to re-upload my front image. I've been trying, but getting the error "KYV documents have already been submitted, and approval is pending for this customer."

I tried today on website but after it asks location permission it again refreshes page. Doesn't start video kyc process. What could be wrong? Whenever I fill mobile number and press verify it just reloads page, same if I enter customer id and vehicle number and press next it just refreshes page and shows that pop up. Can someone share if I am missing some step here?

I got vkyc done today after multiple attempts (phew) , where can I check the status? And how much time does it take to reflect on fastag portal? Because when I login to fastag portal it still says complete your vkyc and even on fuel enablement request page it first asks to complete vkyc before raising fuel enablement request

My request got rejected even though my front and back RC copies are clearly uploaded and approved
Really icici made tough the fuel paying option now a days

Nevermind, it took 30 mins to 1 hour for full kyc status to be updated, my KYV is also complete and I do have a trip in last 60 days as well and now when I go to fuel enablement request it errors out This is the state of private banks in India today for trivial services like fastag without which you can't cross tolls in this country.




Again a request to kind people of this forum, if anyone has got this error, kindly guide on how to fix it?

You never know if IDFC brings out the same rule. I’ll wait and watch for few months and then decide.

So I uploaded KYV documents on Sunday and it was approved on Monday…. Earlier it was rejected once since i uploaded the fastag photo from outside. They need photo from inside with tag ID visible

Called again today to enable fuel transactions… person took the request and gave me ticket number … I have ample toll transactions in last 45 days so hopefully it should get enabled. Lets see
