I got the limit increased. From 20k to 36k. I have been using the cashback card with 20k for 2 years. My other sbi card has 4.1l limit. But they are not increasing the limit for cb card.

Happened to me also for one of the cards. Same walmart. But msg said could could not be vaildated. After the msg got the call from sbi cards to try with correct expiry date. Happened around 02:00am

Same here. Opened a savings max account on 16th. offline. Got the cheque book and debit card in the kit. dc was moneyback in the kit. so decide to upgrade it to platinum, same day requested for upgrade. still no confirmation msg recieved not in the debit card section its still showing moneyback...

My friend opened a new account today. When logged into the NetBanking its new ui. There is no option to personalise the user id. Any idea where to find the option

For me it was just opposite. Opened Exclusive Account on 22nd. ABM asked for 1L IP. Transferred it via UPI. Got the email notification within 1 min that money was credited to the account. On 26th recieved the Welcome Kit, along with DC. Registered on Indusind App, and then linked my Pinnacle CC...

there's different dates for statement generation bro. the person who called to explain the features told me the bill date is 5th of every month. i even asked him is it possible to change the date now as most of my cards bill generates on 24th or 25th of every month, he again repeated as of now...

i received a Kotak Zen card on Sept 30. On Oct 1, a person from Kotak called and explained all features and told me that bill will be generating on every month 5th. So it should be generated on Oct 5, but it didn't generated and i thought as its only 1 week to card activation, the bill may not...
