    I have signet card and got LE first and then rupay card next in about five minutes. I guess they are rolling out slowly to everyone atleast who had cc with them. Co branded might also receive this but not sure

    Yes, but they are paid.. But I remember few months back when I tried to apply I don't have any pre-approved cards but still the situation is same.
