See bill generation date depends on which date card was issued .
Depending upon the issuance date billing cycle is selected for the customers

Just make payment by 28th of month and use after 2


28th -2nd of next month make it zero.

It will be reported zero axis reports at 30th of month ..so u get the analogy

Either u use for 45 days then pay every month
Or u pay everything' at 26-30th .
