If I got the card upgraded for 15k + 10k Amazon voucher will I have to make a transaction under 30 days to be eligible for the welcome voucher or will I be eligible automatically after paying the fees?

Currently, Pinnacle cc is issued just on 5k joining fees, that also can be reversed if someone spends 50k in 30 days.

with Indus? Close to impossible. Unless you have a good NRV they won't give without Joining fee.
