RBL Bank launched its two Indian Oil Co-Branded Credit Cards

IndianOil RBL Bank XTRA Credit Card​

Welcome Benefits-
Get 3,000 Fuel Points on beginning the journey.
Just shop for INR 1,500 in one transaction within first 30 days of getting your card.
i.e. 100% value back to get your joining fees back.

Rewards-

• Get accelerated 15 fuel points on every INR 100 spent at IndianOil fuel stations (Maximum 2,000 fuel points per month) (7.5% for fuel spends upto INR 13300 monthly)
• Get 2 fuel points on INR 100 spent on every other purchases like shopping and more (1%)

Quaterly Milestone-
Get 1000 Fuel Points on Quarterly Spends of INR 75,000 (0.67% extra)

1 Fuel Point = INR 0.5
for buying Xtra Rewards points redeemable at IndianOil Fuel Stations.

Fuel Surcharge Waiver-
Fuel purchase for an amount between INR 500 and INR 4,000 (inclusive of both the amounts and excluding the surcharge amount). Upto 200 per month.

Membership Fees- 1500+GST
Spend waiver on spending 2.75 Lakhs annually. On spending 1.75 Lakhs annually you can get INR 500 membership fees waiver.

I didn't see any link for the vkyc while finishing my application.. Application is still in process.. I applied through mobile only.. Now it got stuck.. How to do vkyc now?

Guys, have a confusion. RBL have messed the fuel surcharge feature of this cc.

Check page 3 of Product Terms & Conditions pdf received in mail.
Where it says 1% fuel surcharge on trxn between ₹500-₹4000.


Now, Check page 1 of product features pdf
Where it says 1% fuel surcharge on trxn between ₹400-₹5000.


Now which one is correct? Do we need to file RTI to get info😜

I already own RBL Safari LTF and Play card.
Applied for card on 6 sep
Vkyc on 7sep
Card approved 9 sep
Card added on mycards app on 10th and saw it was mastercard.
Wasnot given a option to choose the network, so I complained to cc and after a long call she offered to be called by her superior in 48 working hours.

No one called in coming days during that time sent 2 emails to cc email and even sales grievance l, but didnt get any response.

On 16 sep got that unexpected call from a superior, told her about the situation. After some conversation, she applied for a rupay variant on my behalf. It was shown next day on the app along with the mastercard variant
Since I didnt activate the mastercard variant it will get deactivated itself after few days.

Thats how I got the rupay variant.

I was very much interested in this card. But indian oil petrol pumps discouraged me. Tried 3 petrol pumps in bangalore which are closer to my work and home.
None of them accept indian oil rewards.

Even though indian oil customer said they should. The pump executives cite pos issues or something but they just won't.

How do you folks use the rewards for fuel?

use indus delite debit card, no problem of rp, no restrictions in pumps(u can visit any pump)
