So Rupay cards can be used for lounges that only have Priority Pass access and no card access, like Arrival Lounge DEL T3 ?RuPay website lounge access list is always outdated.

RuPay tie-up with Priority pass for all domestic lounge access.
Note - Private banks (or Private banks RuPay card) have their own arrangements for lounge access, sometimes in partnership with companies like DreamFolks, which is separate from any Priority Pass benefits linked to RuPay cards.

Ya if banks offer card network based lounge access but even in that, only for the premium card variant in the lounge.
What about PSU banks that just give access to all lounges in Rupay Network,
Debit or Credit ?
