AFAIK, almost all RuPay lounges accept on RuPay Select variant of PSU banks.

Delhi T2 terminal which will be the best lounge to go for 1 hour.
Will reach around 5am have flight at 6am
Need breakfast and a relaxing chair with coffee
Have rupay visa mc many variations to choose from

Delhi T2 only has 1 lounge (Encalm Lounge), while T3 gives you a choice between 4-5 different lounges.

1. AMEX Lounge
2. AirIndia Lounge
3. Rupay Lounge ( Best lounge )
4. Encalm Lounge
5. Vistara Lounge ( managed by encalm )

I'm having returning flight to T3 terminal but departure won't give me lounge access sadly.

I always book my flights with Air India, Vistara, or Air India Express in order to depart from T3.

Indigo has taken over T2 and T1, while TATA has taken over T3.

Yes, that is correct. Additionally, getting a seat in T2 can be quite difficult.

is there a way to access airport and railway lounges using virtual rupay select debit card(no physical card), like Dreamfolks app qr code or something,

I know you can't add debit cards to upi and scan qr codes at lounge unlike credit cards
