Not received mail of credit card statement and When i checked in app bill generated but Not Showing Cashback in statement

I didn't received mail regarding to statement but when I Checked in app The Statement format is different only Showing Transaction. Apart from That nothing
Help me How can I check Cashback and One more thing No deduction in My all transaction after generation of Statement.

Which card? If statement date is today, wait for 2-3 days more to receive statement in email.

It may take 1 to 2 days for bill to be delivered to your email id. That will have cashback information.

- You'll receive it may take upto 5 working days in AXIS to receive email statement.
- Meanwhile you'll get SMS about total due and Statement may already available in netbanking to download (format doesn't matter, its transactions you have to check).

You can check cashback with available statement or wait till you get email statement. Patience

Did you check all available options in that credit card page? Especially the one related to transactions/statements? More specifically by selecting the specific month?

Still not getting individual transactions after these steps?

Cashback is computed during bill generation but it is not credited immediately. It is credited 3 to 7 days before next bill generation.

Credit card statement that you receive on email will have a section which will show how much cashback you have earned.

Your statement is just generated. Give 2 days, you will receive statement on email.

One thing to note here. The official statement comes in email only. And if you get sms link to download then you can download official statement using that link also. If you try to download statement then you will always see above format.

Axis bank is always late in delivering credit card statements. My Flipkart axis cc statement generates on 12th of every month and used to deliver on my email by 17th.
