Club Vistara details not transferred to Maharaja Club

I linked my Club Vistara account to my Flying Returns account on 05AUG24 and even received a confirmation email from Vistara.

However, my Vistara data has still not been transferred to Maharaja Club.
I am missing my Silver Tier membership, 2055 points, and a premium economy voucher.

I registered a complaint last night at 0205hrs but still no response from Air India.
Should I keep any hope of regaining my membership, points, and voucher?

Is anyone else facing the same issue?
If so, have you received a response from Air India?

For me also it's same. I couldn't able to see the upgraded tier and points in Air India. I have linked my account in 12th,sept. I have raised the request and tried to call them. But they're not replying anything yet.

I called Air India on +911169329333.
Make sure that you choose the option to speak as a Travel Agent. Only then will a representative assist you, or else you will be stuck for an eternity on the waiting tune.
They took 15 minutes to assign my call to a human.

Anyway, the guy assured me all the missing Club Vistara membership tier, points, as well as ticket and class-upgrade vouchers, will be transferred shortly to Maharaj Club accounts for those missing them.

The backend team is working on it.
 
Where is the nominee list post merger??
There is no nominee list for Maharaja Club.
You will have to contact Air India to create a family pool and add your family members to it. All family members will have to first open their accounts before creating a family pool.

After the pool is created, the family head can use points and vouchers from his account to book for family members.

I can see that it is written only about points but not vouchers anywhere on the website as well, are you sure that this will be applicable for using flight vouchers for family as well.
