First register a case using air india website. Now escalate the same via email to nodal officer, appellate authority of air India. As they generally do not reply. Raise a grievance to national consumer helpline with detailed complaint. You can all call them in there toll free nos.91 116 932 9333+91 116 932 9999 for reminder also remind them multiple times via email.

Have created a case via air india Website, then mailed to nodal and appellate authority both, then raised grievance via consumer helpline WhatsApp number.
