Regalia Gold Regalia Gold LTF real or fake?

So I have been patiently waiting for a better card from HDFC and finally this morning I got a notification about Regalia Gold LTF.
But when I opened and tried to apply, it is showing fees. Will it be LTF if I apply? Also checked on Xpressway, all cards are shown as paid there.

It is not LTF. Joining and Annual fees should be 0 in the application form.

I had the same issue so i emailed them and they did make my regalia LTF.

just apply for card, once its delivered email hdfc whether its LTF, once they say its not, send ur screenshots as proof. they WILL make it ltf

Having same issues, I replied to grievance redressal to check it and they responded saying I am not eligible to apply for any credit card since I applied in the last 6 months. Last time I applied was in Dec 2023. They are pathetic, just like their website!! And God knows why HDFC isn't integrating all their entities in one place, I mean just look at your competitor Icici, just offer all things in one app!!

Ok I actually found out how to apply. Do it via xpressway and it will work.

Well, Xpressway just takes me to the same "applyonline" website and it's the same story again, the page goes blank. Moreover, I'm getting whatsapp /emails about LTF cards but Xpressway shows all preapproved cards as paid cards
