Regalia Gold Regalia Gold LTF real or fake?

So I have been patiently waiting for a better card from HDFC and finally this morning I got a notification about Regalia Gold LTF.
But when I opened and tried to apply, it is showing fees. Will it be LTF if I apply? Also checked on Xpressway, all cards are shown as paid there.

I have HDFC Millenia and am getting Regalia Gold LTF Upgrade since I have Classic account.
Should I take it? I research several Youtube review videos and in comments most users saying Regalia Gold is bad option compared to Millenia.

I am not a major credit card user (meaning not someone who does Money rotation or other tricks). A simple CC user for home needs and rare high spending. Dont care about Lounge offers

Should I upgrade or stay with Millenia?

Millennia is better if u compare the reward rates but regalia gold is better as it gives additional lounge access and other benefits...so decide according to ur spends

Thanks. In case I go for Regalia Gold is Rupay better or Visa? I dont see much Rupay specific deals online nowadays
