what is indusind higher level escalation email id for not crediting points on Sbi unipay transactions ? I am waiting for points since 26 dec 2024

Yes me too. I did not get points through Unipay from 30th Dec
I got for MC + Unipay on Dec 21. Didn't get for Visa + Unipay on Nov 21

What if bank is talking a lot of time in crediting points ?
After following this, I get the points within 5 business days. So till I reach accumulated 40k spends, I'll wait for the reward points to credit before making the next transaction.
Another thing I read in TF is that even if you do the transaction in previous month and got the reward points in the next month. The rewards points will be considered for next month and not previous. This happens for transactions usually done in the last week of the month.
Seems like issue with indus Visa. Better to use MC

I have done transaction in last week of Dec, but did not get points. Then in Jan, I made further transactions for which I did not points either.

Will HDFC debit card provides rewards on onecard credit card repayment through their own platform( in app)?

With Indusind DC's...never do any transactions in last 4 days of a month...
They consider it for next month and our calculations for accelerated rewards go in vain..
Update: IDFC has credited RPs for txns done on Dec 24th, 2024 today.
I received total 3280 (10X) pts for Dec 24 txns. For Dec 21-23, it were credited on Jan 4 itself. Now around 800 left for Dec 26 Txn. Total for Dec month till now 7650.
Bottom line is, sometimes you need to wait patiently like I told before. No need to mail/call them till 30 days.
Now waiting for Amazon Pay GV to come back which haven't came since Nov 29, 2024.

It's the MCC that determinres if HDFC DC earns rewards or not. For onecard it's a No.

For me 27th Dec trxn has still not fetched the RPs while 28th and 30th Dec received it within 5 days.
Had raised a complaint today with the rewards team they have taken the request to manually credit RPs for 27th Dec trxn within 10 working days.
