I was also facing issues with indusind reward points. One of the TF member said this:

Do next transaction only after getting points for previous transaction till 40000 Rs spends.

By following above guideline, I'm now getting all the rewards points.

After following this, I get the points within 5 business days. So till I reach accumulated 40k spends, I'll wait for the reward points to credit before making the next transaction.

Another thing I read in TF is that even if you do the transaction in previous month and got the reward points in the next month. The rewards points will be considered for next month and not previous. This happens for transactions usually done in the last week of the month.

This happens for transactions usually done in the last week of the month.

I have done transaction in last week of Dec, but did not get points. Then in Jan, I made further transactions for which I did not points either.
