Neither, he is trollyami. On Feb 1 4AM it will come back with a message that "this payment method is not supported for this category of bill payment, try another category".

Which Canada setu link did you use? Can you paste it here.. There are 2 links if I am not mistaken. Both may be giving different MCC codes..
