Btw I think people already know this but just for information. Don't use billdesk QR to pay from Amazon (or another) Wallet instead do a bank transfer to the credit card account (check bank website for CC IFSC info), for eg AMEX provides both bank transfer and UPI for CC payment, AEBC<15-digit-card-no>@SC. It's quick, and you immediately receive the bank payment confirmation SMS.

Sadly there is a way
you have add money to wallets and pay the CC bills via such wallets eg amazon pay wallet

So I can do wallet load and then Pay CC bill using amazon balance? What is the reward rate?

For hdfc it should be conversion from platinum to millinea or rewards debit card. Rewards debit card I saw a thread where one person paid cc bill with it n got points via payzapp. It's also a bug that might be patched soon

Ok! I have SBI Virtual Debit Card which gives 0.5% CB. But 1% CB is still good. But to recover 580 (Annual fees) I have to 1.2L. Not Possible it seems

Bill payment via debit card is working on HDFC payzapp. Just now paid two credit card bills from my IDFC debit card. Will update if I get any points.
