Tata Neu Plus doesn't make sense now

I am using Tata Neu Plus CC since 6 month, initially it gave 1% cashback as well as good return on Bigbasket and 1mg orders. Now a days Bigbasket orders come so late and there are other competitors in online pharmacy market place. Reward rate also decreased to 0.25% for non tata neu UPI transactions. I don't think tata neu plus now make sense anyway.

Excluding TATA companies is that card WORTH?

Now with Yes Kiwi giving 2% to 5%, any other UPI app doesn't make sense.

Yes Kiwi real cashback directly to your bank account (not coins/points, etc)
2% below 50k pa
3% 50-100k pa
4% 100-150k pa
5% 150k + pa

Not serviceable bata raha hai

How to pay LIC INSURANCE/GAS cylinder bills through NEU app?
When i try to pay(bills section) and select Tata Pay UPI it shows "Rupay Credit card payment is not allowed for this merchant"?
Should i select Card Payments and enter the card details manually?
Even tried to pay by scanning UPI QR in LIC website through TATA NEU app but still RUPAY CC are not allowed
In which way i get more points?

So it would be devaluation as right now it is flat 5% neu cons on tata neu transaction. Under this tier level it would be 1-5%
