It's chargeable. I think they are giving some discount but it's not completely free.😑😑

Do you have any locker in ICICI? If no then from where you are saying this??🤔🤔

What size locker is free? I trashed my welcome kit upon receipt.
Size depends on the branch availability. Most of the lockers in ICICI are already occupied that why I am looking for a locker in my IDFC Branch sad thing is that they have not started the service yet.
ICICI has a waiting list and my home branch doesn't have a locker facility they refer to the nearest branch with a locker facility. And no locker is available.

I went to SBI asking for a locker and manager told me that there is no locker and big waiting list is there. He asked my account number and he told me the same story strongly after seeing my balance of 5000. I gave another account from another branch which has good TRV and he immediately called his assistant to give the locker to me after getting assurance that I will transfer this account to his branch. Account transfer done and got the key today. TRV works with some branches if you go in the month end
Yes, TRV plays a major role also it determines the locker size in most of the private banks. My issue is my Home Branch doesn't have the facility and the branch(referred) nearest to me has a limited locker and is already occupied as it covers a lot of area. I also have good TRV in ICICI. So, I am waiting for IDFC to start the service, also it is a new branch no rush for the locker as of now.

For one of my friend, the BM has assured giving the locker after tranfer to his ICICI branch. After transfer, he told him told he has to close all deposit in this account and freshly open for his branch. My friend got annoyed as he will loose lot of money due to pre closure. He had a very bad experience.
Ask him to send an email to ICICI nodal explaining the behavior and see the magic the BM will do everything. Also, mentioned that he had promised to do so and for that reason shifted the branch.

I told him to that but he don't want to do it. Being wealth customer, he will get the response immediately. Finally, he opened a locker which are operated by private organisations
