Finally got an upgrade to eterna after fighting for 2 years
Starting 2023 I asked for an upgrade to eterna and I have a limit of only Rs 78000 and ITR of Rs.10L and they denied income is not enough.
Ater i send all credit card statement with a limit of 5 lakhs still they rejected.
Then I applied in 2024 with ITR of more than 13 lakhs and they rejected immediately with a reason of limit enhancement done in past year.
After the completion of 12 months again I applied on 30th Jan 2025 and they asked for bank statements after 40 days they approved eterna and enhanced my limit to 2 lakhs from yesterday.
Still now upgraded card was not shown in app.
How many days BOB will take to show the card number in app?
Someone please confirm.....

I applied online some 2 months ago, but their VKYC is a mess. They claim their service is removed from Aadhaar due to false/fraud applications and approvals. May be they got some beatings from RBI?

does office verification done to you for card upgrade?🫡🤔
today afternoon a guy from3rd party (not from bob) came to my office for verification without any prior information,
at that time I was with meeting at client office
he suddenly rushed into office asked security person for my details, security person called one of teammate to attend his questionary, my teammate rang me to speak with verification guy
I asked him how do u come without intimation he said his robotic answers I asked him to wait for 20mins but he leaved immediately without even giving his contact details.
does any one experienced same for card upgrade process????
