I recently upgraded from premier to Eterna and cibil was hit.

However my premier had only 1 lakh limit.

How many days after did you request the upgrade?

Got Premier in November end and requested for Eterna in on 6th January and Eterna processed on 7th February means 2 and half months.

Eterna was rejected initially citing 12 months not completed but i replied that i was willing to take paid eterna and i am qualified as ITR more than 12L.
They sent a form which i filled the same day, however after 5 -6 followup emails they checked cibil score on 3rd Feb and got card approval mail on 7th Feb. Card delivered in 5 days.

I am thinking of dropping them an email, I got my card in Jan 2025 Easy LTF with a 1L limit and SD as an additional card in Feb pre-approved. I already spent more than 30K in Easy.

I don't think timing matters to them, as I did not fulfill the 12 month old criteria and Credit limit criteria of 2 lakhs.
I had only ITR>12 L and they will only verify ITR, salary slip and Bank statement.
You can shoot them mail and mention you want to upgrade to Eterna as it has more benefits and also attach ITR, salary slip and bank statement alongwith upgrade form. Important thing to mention is that you want paid card and not LTF and they will upgrade.

Got my card in December and in my 2nd statement BOB Credited by 10000 points (i.e within 60 days). Wait till 60 days, BOB should credit before 60 days only. JF Waiver though credited within 30 days only.

Just as a thumb rule: you need to remember one thing about BOB the Builder:
Everything takes its own sweet time in BOB to get things done… but it will be done eventually..
they won’t generally cheat you like other famous private banks ….
Just remember this always, put this in the back of your mind…

I am not interested in taking a paid upgrade, will take only LTF upgrades. I don't spend much on my BOB cards, only useful for instant discount offers.

can anyone confirm if Bob Eterna (Mastercard variant) is being accepted at 080 Lounge on terminal-1 ?
About a year back, it wasn't accepted but now I see this in the Bob Eterna lounge list, but list doesn't specify the card variant.
