Tell them, you often feel non acceptance to this and UPI scans are hassle free even if you are not carrying the card.
Hence, you will be able to utilize the card better.

Just add UPI and mention that BharatQR is not widely accepted. Add a point about your UPI spending to show that these will get transferred to BoBCard if you had Rupay.

Anyways, they have to do it due to RBI directive.
They will send first mail saying all the benefits are same and might add BharatQR point which you have already mentioned.

Assuming this mail arises, ask them again and mention that RBI allows network change.

Do remember that Visa Infinite has few benefits and more lounge. However, UPI is a better way to complete quarterly milestones for lounge access.

Sent them about 10 emails over 2 months and received same standard reply.
1 complaint to RBI and daily 2-3 calls from bank.

If you don't get any satisfactory resolution from your bank, you can also move to the RBI banking ombudsman before completing 30 days.

does office verification done to you for card upgrade?🫡🤔
today afternoon a guy from3rd party (not from bob) came to my office for verification without any prior information,
at that time I was with meeting at client office
he suddenly rushed into office asked security person for my details, security person called one of teammate to attend his questionary, my teammate rang me to speak with verification guy
I asked him how do u come without intimation he said his robotic answers I asked him to wait for 20mins but he leaved immediately without even giving his contact details.
does any one experienced same for card upgrade process????
