If you find hardworking branch they can do it in 15 days. Than you can withdraw all amount. But your radiance status depends on branch.

They review radiance account every 3 months and every 6 months they downgrade

Branch nearer to my home says they will open normal savings account after that I need to add 30 lakhs and system will move me to radiance savings account. Are you sure we can open radience savings account directly. Please help
