    Bhai it is true that they open normal account than they move to radiance. As radiance is not a account but a programme. But your branch is lieing. You just need to add 10 lakhs to be onboarded to radiance. Your branch can also upgrade your existing account to radiance.
    Everything in hands of your radiance RM and branch manager.
