    As I recently got the eterna,
    one noob question regarding lounge acess.
    I know that 40k spend needed in previous quarter for lounge acess activation.
    But how do BoB handle the first quarter, do I get lounge access without spends ? and also how the consider quarters - is it 3 consecutive statement periods or linked with calendar quarters ?

    HSBC travel rewards portal never opens for me even after following their guide and clicking redeem reward points from the app, it always opens and says logged out. Anyone knows any remedy to this ?
    Most infuriating part is that they don't have any online version of this that you can try from laptop.

    Anyone here knows any toll free number to contact lotak 811 customer care ? Account opening application is under review since 2 days and all the support numbers I can find airtel is not allowing without separate recharge even though I have unlimited plan.

    Lotak customer support saying my pincode is not serviceable for 811, but the application they're not able to close.
    Don't understand this bullshit, even SFBs are serviceable here (I live in a suburb of metro city with metro area pincode only).
    I even have credit cards from the likes of StanC, AmEx, RBL, Yes etc who usually cause problem with pincode not serviceable issue.

    AU Cardholders - have your CIBIL entries been updated by AU Bank post 31/05/24 ?
    It's been a month since June End but they haven't updated for me yet, before it used to happen in 15-16 days !!

    I've card since December 2023 and Au bank card is not seen in CIBIL report.
    Didn't bother later thinking over-leverage won't happen since my overall credit limit might be less and I can apply other cards. Am I thinking right?

    @Sudip IMO it's better to keep banks records in CIBIL as correct as possible. You never know what kind of a*spull they might do to ruin your score.

    Is it possible to convert a paid card into LTF if it was applied through CashKaro with high bonuses?? Having this doubt if banks really treat cardholders acquired from these sources differently than those acquired from their own network??

    RBI imposes fine on all 4 credit bureaus: CIBIL,Equifax,Experian & CRIF

    #RBI states that credit information data maintained by the 4 bureaus was not accurate or complete.

    Basic SB Acc. NO. And Saving account Yes, drop in a query in their website and they will call you back and after the call they will send you a link on your email to complete vkyc.

    . I opened it that way and its been a year. But trust me its not worth it as min. 25,000 is required to be kept in your account all the time and services are okish. For that same 25,000 MAB you will get great accounts in HDFC, IndusInd & Axis. Also branch network is too small

    If I may ask, why are your considering SC ? Ultimate in any way is a paid card. They will never offer it for free. Any other reasons?
