IMO, they should've merged FR into CV rather than the other way around, that way both Air India & Vistara brands will be alive. It's a shame to loose everything Vistara - considering the standard of experience they'd set.

flipkart amazon use a variety of MCCs, hence its luck dependent and same for any large format stores who sell everything from pins to pepsi. zomato, swiggy, big basket and offline diners are more reliable options.
