These are very tricky questions. I think only a few have the answer.

Does anyone have an RBL Joint Savings Account? if yes,
1. What is mentioned in the account holder's name in Mobile and net banking? Is it only the primary account holder's name or both holder's names? [ex. HDFC has both, RBL for me showing only the primary holder's name]
2. What about the joint holder's contact details in IVR or Customer care? [I, being a Joint holder can transact but can't connect to IVR or raise a complaint]
3. Is there any problem issuing DC for the joint holders? [for me, yet to be sorted]

Note: I have an RBL joint account (Either or Survivor), but I am facing many problems. The bank has been working on it for 2+ months.

UCO Bank Virtual DC

Does anyone know how to generate a virtual DC in UCO mBnking app after hotlisting previous virtual DC?
I am trying since last two months with no success. PNO not even responding.

Edit: Issue resolved by their ATM Cell.

Someone trying to impersonate my Identity in Bajaj Finance. Is this another fraud attempt by fraudster or a blunder by Bajaj finance?

Note: I have not requested to upgrade my bajaj pay wallet. This mobile number is not mine. But, the letter came to my address with my name.

Worst part is I took the letter and told my office staff to give stamp. Later after opening the letter realised it was a verification by Bajaj Finance on behalf of a fraudster.

I don't understand why Bajaj Finance is paying postal charges for a fraudster?

Raised my request to Bajaj Finance to take appropriate step. I fear these fraudsters will be attempting financial fraud in my name and address (by entering my details).

Anything I can do now.

How does TechnoFino count members (and guests) online?
Was it the last activity within a certain period? Or something else? I am asking because I have never logged out for many weeks. Does it mean I am always online?

TRUE. Just checked. DC option for CC bill payment in Airtel Thanks vanished. Only UPI and Net Banking option.
