Voucher is still not getting activated and jio cc keeps giving same response.
As for the 5G UL, it's not activated, as I was not aware. Wondering if I can get that activated now.

Lol, got to recollect that, other's jio number is also greyed out.

Don't know why a valid plan is required to redeem a yearly plan voucher. It's not add-on plan, right, then why the heck?

As I said on that thread I am not facing that greyed out problem, but become bit doubtful for future about my voucher as well. 😐

So what're you going to do?
Gave up? Written off as loss?

Dont't worry. By tonight 11:30 or tmorrow afternoon they will add UL 5G add-on voucher. When plans auto-activates then it takes time so it is always better to activate yourself before 5 mins of plan ending. Now just wait till tomorrow. Till then it will deduct from 2.5GB daily data as UL 5G voucher not present.

@desiviru Yeah it does take time. But 23 din wala pehle activate hota tha and dusra add hota toh upto 4G validity. Don't know how it works now because I am still on old value pack.

@Aniket yea, I gave up. Value of those 3 vouchers must be about 150 or so bucks, but the effort to followup and Chase these idiots is just too much..

Even though I assumed & mentioned that you're not having add on plans. You didn't correct.

I thought it was valid yearly or 1/2 yearly plan purchased before.

Yes, mental peace is way >>> than that of those ₹150 worth vouchers.

I don't have an add on plan. I only bought and stacked the 2999 plan before the hike happened.

Total data voucher that I cannot use is 3*5GB ie 15GB. A 12GB jio data pack is 139.
This is if I have to buy additional data voucher in replacement for the ones I cannot use.

@desiviru thanks for the assurance. But @Riva facing the same issue from 6 months, why its not activated for her?
@Riva Urs also get activated automatically from the stack?

I plan to do it, but the jio network in my area has gone bad since the last 2 months and these guys won't even bother to look at it. Iv reached Jio appellate, still getting canned replies.

That's why said wait until Monday. But before 23 days UL 5G data used to get activated instantly and then UL 5G same as 4G validity used to get added under Add on(s).

@Riva I'm facing same issue, past 2 months data speed is drastically reduced. Past 2 3 weeks evening to mid night net speed has been worst than bsnl.
They giving lame excuses on every complaint. Cant port out to other network also due to 1year plan stack😑

For me it's almost through the whole day..
This is their standard reply. This is from today's complaint.
I too can't port out since it's a 1 year plan and expires in June'25.

@Riva I'm using a small trick.
Whenever 4G speed is very low, I switch to 5G, vice versa.
Its working for me.
Very rare when both becomes slow, either one working for me.
So raise a complaint and get that UL 5g data.
Note: 5g signal not working with 4g data
