    A New Addition to my Folio: Got Kotak CB+ LTF In My case: Existing 811 Super Customer No Other Relation with the Bank The Card Came Pre-Approved. The only way you can get LTF is apply through a Agent if it is preapproved they can make it LTF. Cheers!
