Very questionable and unethical.. no need of RBI , a strict statutory auditor will suffice for this

Theoretically no but practically yes ... Matlab Maine abhi tak 10 lacs spends/ bill payment cross nahi kiya BUT agar ye so ek ye jo auto debit ka duplicate transaction hya aur dusra Jo Maine flexi pay mein convert Kiya wo duplicate credit transaction

Agar ye dono calculate hoga to sach me 10 lacs chuke bhi above ho jayga means 10 Lacs + ho jayega....

There are many inactive cards with SBI so it also makes a transaction entry in an inactive credit card account so SBI Cards can keep such credit cards active for longer time else they will have to close it after 12 months of inactivity.

So this is what they are upto. I also got a unwarranted Dr and Cr entry yesterday.
