I paid the bill on 26th(annual charges was levied on 25th i.e end of the billing cycle. I don't think I will be eligible for LTF since spends are very less rewarding around 70k(in which only 11k is being counted because when I applied for add on my primary card number aslo got changed)

Yes . 15 toh 15th. Every 16th Cashback Capping will get refreshed. It is better to change the statement date to 1st of every month,.otherwise chances are high that one will do the txn thinking he will get 25% whereas capping already exhausted last month 15th to 31st🤣
