Please read previous comments, the customer service rep made a mistake. Once your statement is generated, clear your outstanding amount within a week, then call customer service to change the billing date and do not use that card until the new billing date is set.

That cashpoint per cycle term... Here cycle means calendar month. So only 1000 for you for the month of January. Change your billing date to 2nd of every month to make it easier for u.

I think Kotak's systems are very poor. I doubt in case of any fraud or larger value disputes, if they will be able to even help or not. For me there is no rewards point neither any response from them. Seems like they are just sitting on it since last 1 week.
