Firstly, all my txns are towards the middle of the month plus I've also received quarterly voucher as well by only paying on CRED last quarter with the exception of SCB Billdesk. Only Nov, I've been charged where it was a bit marginal with SCB included, other months I'd at least 30k on CRED...

SCB Billdesk they probably not considering. For Nov I got charged non maintenance charges. In Nov, I'd in total spent 26169 but out of that 1210 was on SCB Billdesk rest all was CRED UPI/P2M. Have complained but no progress as of now.

UPDATE : So, I contacted Chuxis today, according to them the charge on 22nd is a consolidated recovery from October and it's merely a coincidence that the charge was dropped the very next day of me entering wrong PIN. Now, naturally, I don't recall anything about ATM dealings of 2 months back...

Yes it was an ICICI ATM That's a valid possibility normally but in this case the ATM had shown me incorrect PIN entered, that's why I was concerned. I plan to call Axis tomorrow for clarification.
