Same thing happened with me too. I contacted customer care. They raised service request for backend process. Look like some glitch with a few customers.
Don't know why people tend to finger everything that is currently working. If 4900 was giving points then what was the need to mail customer care and ruin other's points. They could have simply mailed 'Need MCC codes that are eligible for so and so offer'. Itna bhi dimag nahi hai kya bro...
