Not sure but your total credit limit could be less than 10 times your annual income. If your income is 10L, then keep the total credit limit at 1cr. Some banks don't issue credit card if you are over leveraged. It's just like taking an unused overdraft loan. No harm, but no use also.

It's a common reason in SBI, you may try after closing unnecessary cards. But If it was me then I will consider keeping my existing cards

Over leverage depends on usage of credit card I guess instead of just having credit but if that's how SBI rejects then i will not get a sbi card

@imdjay At first looking at feature I was like WOW, SBI is using Tech to increase the limit and thought they would be generous on Over Leverage which we don't understand. But the same old story with them.

...And there was a considerable increase in my annual income this year, after doing all this approached SBI for Limit increase and they are telling the same thing now (Over Leverage). So I just left LE from SBI and let them give when they wanted to give. I just left that case of LE from SBI for now.

Reason is over leverage. Problm is dis card can be taken online only. No one from branch cn approve this card. I already hv 2 sbi cards bt every time I apply dis it gets rejected.
