I think you should first write to Lazypay and wait for their response. If they don't respond with in the due timeframe you can then raise a complaint with RBI.

Hi, I think the best way to get your first card is via PSU bank. Create a FD and you can get a credit card using that FD. I did the same for my SBI card. If you are looking for a ltf then you can do the same with PNB / UNION Bank.

Guys, as suggested by our group members, after 4 days I have received the statement via email. I have also got the same via chatting with customer support. Hope someone from Axis is looking into this issue.

I have logged into the portal and was not able to see anything about cashback received from Flipkart card. Someone can correct me if its not the case.
