IndusInd debit cards are decent IMHO. I used my Grande DC extensively on a recent Uzbek trip. Gave me 2.5% cashback on hotel/dining spends, 0% forex alongwith MC rate, which is lesser than VISA. For spends other than Hotel/Dining, used Pioneer Visa Infinite with 0.5% Cashback (0% forex ofcourse)

Isn't it other way around? You can load any currency you want and spend it. In Regalia forex, always load and settlement is USD. hdfc doesn't charge cross currency mark up ,(very generous) in Regalia forex but that day currency rates apply for conversion by Visa. Example EUR to USD. Am I wrong?

10000 is just an example, same will apply even if u spend 1000 or even 200(as 200rs is minimum amount to earn any points) for 200Rs forex trx ER will be 30, which converts to 12 partner points and forex charges will be 3.54. Forex charges are 1.5% plus gst, not 1% plus gst
