    In my case I got 2 limit enhancements in 1.5 years. They increased from 5.5l to 8.84l and then 12.5l now. Actually I have stopped using that card.

    I had the same error. I would suggest you wait for 2 days you would get a fresh email. try resuming from that. Atleast it worked in my case.

    You might be getting multiple emails from kotak bank to resume your card application. You can click on that do your vkyc. I had the same problem and I was able to do it successfully later. I just did it yesterday.

    I had the similar experience when applying for a card. Their service is very bad. I had to finally escalate to PNO to get it addressed. It took almost 2 months.
