Process of Limit increase for CITI

Hi Friends,

I am using CITI credit card from last December 2022 month with limit of 60k , 2nd lowest of all my cards.

I have another card which has 8L , can i send that statement along with my latest payslip for Limit increase ?

Will CITI allows other bank card statements for limit increase ?

Can someone please confirm on it ?

Also can you please let me know to which mail id i have to send the request ?

Citi is actually stringent with their LE, but need to see how they are doing after Axis bank Acquiring. Let us know if any changes happen.

I got only 2 LE in my 12 years journey with Citi. Recently crossed 3L and eligible for Prestige.

In my case I got 2 limit enhancements in 1.5 years. They increased from 5.5l to 8.84l and then 12.5l now. Actually I have stopped using that card.
