Correct, that's why I said I too agree to the broader view. But people steal in batches of 500s many number of times. Since all of that is small, it is fine. But if they count the total over months or years it will be 500*100 times = 50000. Still not bad.

Update: Wrote an email to grievance redressal asking to upgrade Freedom to RG. It has been 3+ months now after getting Freedom. They replied saying that I got Freedom only in June and wait for 6 months - 1 year. Will get it. Upgrade offer will come only after 6 months, they said. So the wait...
