approval

Hi I have recently applied for axis Neo rupay LTF and done vkyc today. Already hold a axis Neo card but not rupay and two more axis cards. I have heard that a person can hold maximum of 4 axis cards. My reason for applying Neo is for getting extra 40% off on Zomato on top of restaurant offers...

So I recently applied for SCB smart credit card for which I have received in principle approval as well but when the customer executive contacted for verification she asked for PF/UAN account number or work email, as expected I have none of it is there any way to circumvent this?
